Jayam Gold’s Amla Pickle (Nellikai Oorugai) is made using carefully selected Indian gooseberries, sun-dried and pickled in a blend of traditional spices, rock salt, red chilli powder, and cold-pressed gingelly oil.
Amla is rich in Vitamin C and known for its immunity-boosting and digestive properties. Combined with our flavorful masala base, this pickle delivers a tangy, slightly bitter, and spicy taste that goes beautifully with curd rice, sambar sadham, or even idli and dosa.
