At Jayam Gold, we aim to deliver quality products and customer satisfaction. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it by emailing santhakumar.st@gmail.com or calling us at  +91 9344212433
  • Cancellations are only accepted before the product is packed/shipped

No Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of pickles and food products, we do not accept returns
  • Please ensure you review the product information and address details carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions :

  • You received a damaged or leaked product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The package was not delivered at all

In such cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with :

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details or UPI ID for the refund

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be given in the case of :

  • Partially damaged items
  • Missing items from a multi-product order

This will be determined based on the evidence provided.
